Spent about a week in Iron Mountain recently and visited the restaurant at various times ... 5:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m. Restaurant filthy all the time. Food and trash on the floor of dining area and cooking area, dirty table tops, dirty floor, incredible filth in bathroom. Initially I felt I maybe caught them at the wrong time but found it was an ongoing issue. Good service staff, good food ... all in the midst of a dirty restaurant.
After filing a complaint, corporate and local were very responsive. I have seen the condition much improved. Good food, good service......much cleaner.September 04, 2016
